SRQ Modern has a deep belief in doing things the right way. In 2005, Alan’s precision and dedication earned him certification from the Ceramic Tile Education Foundation (CTEF), setting the foundation for a career built on quality and care. As Alan expanded into advanced materials—large-format porcelain panels, engineered wood, and ultimately Shellcrete, a proprietary surface inspired by Florida’s coastal beauty—SRQ Modern began to take shape. In the spring of 2025, SRQ Modern added Duradek into their mix. Today, SRQ Modern proudly serves Sarasota and Bradenton from its showroom, where clients can explore all materials and finishes.
